ASBISc Enterprises Pie is one of the leading distributors of Information Technology ("IT") products in Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA") Emerging Markets: Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, the Former Soviet Union, the Middle East and Africa, combining a broad geographical reach with a wide range of products distributed on a "one-stop-shop" basis.


Company distributes IT components (to assemblers, system integrators, local brands and retail) as well as A-branded finished products like desktop PCs, laptops, servers, and networking to SMB and retail. Our IT product portfolio encompasses a wide range of IT components, blocks and peripherals, and mobile IT systems. We currently purchase most of our products from leading international manufacturers, including Apple, Intel, Advanced Micro Devices ("AMD"), Seagate, Western Digital, Samsung, Microsoft, Toshiba, Dell, Acer, Lenovo and Hitachi. In addition, a part of our revenues is comprised of sales of IT products under our private labels: Prestigio, Canyon and Perenio.

 

1. Product Line Sales Manager for Premium Products - LOEWE and Bang & Olufsen

As a Product Line Sales Manager for Premium products - LOEWE and Bang&Olufsen, you will be responsible for reputable brands that meet high end-user expectations and representing the latest technologies  in daily life.
That key person will be responsible for the full positioning pricing, positioning, placing, and promoting of well-known and completely new products.

Responsibilities:

  • Define sales, pricing, and promotion strategy for LOEWE and Bang&Olufsen product groups for Bulgarian market
  • Coordination of assortment, pricing, listing, distribution, and other types of market research for Bulgarian market
  • Development and implementation of general distribution, range, and pricing approach by sales channels (range, market price waterfall, bonus conditions, promotional conditions etc.)
  • Organize and control the process of local adaptation in Bulgaria of general distribution, range, and pricing approach
  • Organize and control the process of development, implementation, and regular control of listing plan by customers / sales channels in Bulgaria
  • Responsibility for sales and supply planning in Bulgaria for the assigned product groups of LOEWE and Bang&Olufsen.
  • Development and implementation of the promotional strategy, promotion plan including advertising, merchandising, placement, demonstrators’ teams, joints promotions with customers etc.
  • Coordination of legal, logistics, adaptation and all other types of questions related to the assigned product groups of LOEWE and Bang&Olufsen
  • Any other tasks related to business development of LOEWE and Bang&Olufsen in Bulgaria
  • Set sales targets for business partners, evaluate performance, develop, and monitor corrective actions
  • Support and regular visits with business partners to ensure successful achievement of targets
  • Able to work under company's KPIs

Requirements:

  • Successful experience in a similar position and products from 2 years
  • Good knowledge of related category markets, experience in working with leading retail, online players, and distributors
  • Product management and sales experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Skills in short-term and long-term planning of purchases and sales
  • Result orientation, leadership qualities, good analytical skills, systematic approach to work

 

2. Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover

Requirements:

  • Skills for working with Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • 2+ years of marketing experience on the similar position
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Professional computer and internet user
  • Monitor the availability of products with each partner on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Practical experience of organizing and conducting marketing activities (with the presence of real-world examples to prove their feasibility and effectiveness)
  • Has initiative, able to generate ideas, multi-tasking person


Functions:

  • Creates corporate product and marketing materials – presentations, vision for advertisement, newsletters
  • Creates visual content for digital environment (visions for posts in social networks, creation of banners, etc.
  • Design and pre-printing of advertising materials - catalogs, brochures, flyers, printed formats for outdoor advertising
  • Creates outdoor marketing products (banners, billboards, posters, etc.)
  • Processes and creates images for print and web materials
  • Concept design for advertising campaigns
  • Development of a complete graphic concept for digital and offline projects
  • Analyzes the market, conducts competitive analysis / benchmarking.
  • Monitors, analyzes the effectiveness of current and completed projects of competitors and develops recommendations for optimizing the strategy for promoting the company's products
  • Develops and implements a marketing communications plan for the brand, differentiated channels and products
  • Manages turnover, incl. by developing the launch of sales promotion programs from the shelves of key partners (including online)
  • Manages digital promotion of the brand and entrusted products, including targeted and contextual advertising. Seeks and implements new effective tools and channels of online advertising
  • Controls the filling of product pages of online stores of partners (actual content)
  • Manages social media brand and content creation
  • Manages PR support for the brand and entrusted products, including organizes and provides publications about the brand, develops and implements creative projects aimed at increasing knowledge about the brand / product, loyalty of end customers. Organizes work with bloggers and guerrilla marketing
  • Provides regular positive communication within the ASBIS team about the success and achievements of the brand / product
  • Works with the electronic module and documents, according to established procedures
  • Calculates the commercial effectiveness of its initiatives, including the effectiveness of digital campaigns

3. Product Manager – Servers

As a Product Manager - Servers for Asbis Bulgaria., you will be responsible for reputable brands that meet high end-user expectations and representing the latest technologies/ IoT future in daily life. That key person will be responsible for the full positioning pricing, positioning, placing, and promoting of well-known and completely new products.

Your role in details:

  • Manage and actively push sales of the product range in Bulgaria
  • Develop new customer segments and sales channels
  • Price management, positioning, preparing offers for the following servers brands – Supermicro, Intel, Gigabyte, Tyan, Stratus ftServer
  • Gather and analyze market information and trends for the industry, customers, and trends
  • Everyday work with vendors about orders, reporting, rebates and etc.
  • Set sales targets for business partners, evaluate performance, develop and monitor corrective actions
  • Support business partners to ensure successful achievement of targets
  • Active participation in the marketing plan of the brand and promotions to the partners
  • Regular visits to the business partners
  • Provide necessary support for sales team members

If you have:

  • Practical experience with promoting selling Servers
  • Experience in working with corporate customers, negotiating and presenting solutions
  • Experience in positioning new brand on the Bulgarian market
  • Ability and willingness to communicate with top officials of partner companies, as well as customers;
  • Knowledge of sales processes
  • Working level of English both written and spoken
  • Higher education (technical will be an additional advantage);
  • Experience in IT field more than 2 years;

4. Marketing Manager Own Brands

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience on the similar position
  • Fluent spoken and written English and excellent BG
  • Practical experience of organizing and conducting marketing activities (with the presence of real-world examples to prove their feasibility and effectiveness)
  • Has initiative, able to generate ideas, multi-tasking person
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Friendly team player
  • The ability to manage and allocate budgets
  • Written and verbal communication skills EN/BG
  • Experience with and an understanding of market research
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Social media understanding and managing

  • Manages PR support for the brand and entrusted products, including organizes and provides publications about the brand, develops and implements creative projects aimed at increasing knowledge about the brand / product, loyalty of end customers. Organizes work with bloggers and guerrilla marketing
  • Synchronizes central and local team with information and updates
  • Works with the electronic module and documents, according to established procedures
  • Calculates the commercial effectiveness of its initiatives, including the effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Works in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Prepares quarterly and biweekly reports for marketing and PR activities
  • Develops strategy based on target audience for popularizing new products on the market

5. Head of Value-added distribution team

The role:

  • Manage and develop local Value-added distribution team in Bulgaria through strategic planning, facilitating and organizing resources.
  • Scope of products - Storages, Networking & Cyber Security, Servers, Power Solutions, Video conferencing solutions, Dell EMC.
  • Manage and develop Value-added distribution team, growing team’s competencies and performance to generate and grow the revenue for the company.
  • Derive company targets, objectives, and strategy into those of Solutions and cascade down to the Value-added distribution team.
  • Drive Value-added distribution team development and training including detailed knowledge of industry trends, business acumen, communication skills, etc., enabling them to be effective in their role.
  • Define, implement, and embrace tools to increase Value-added distribution team efficiency.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within strategic accounts with a significant focus placed on continuous discovery and new opportunities development.
  • Facilitate and drive customer sales projects involving Value-added distribution team.

Main skills for success:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within IT industry with strong people management experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT / Solutions Selling.
  • Strong technical background with specific experience in Storages, Networking & Cyber Security, Servers, Power Solutions, Video conferencing solutions.
  • A friendly, influential, and collaborative approach to the people you work with.
  • Strong presentation, relationship building and communication skills.
  • Flexibility, ability to think quickly, adjust to dynamic environments, and make decisions
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Leader and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
  • Proficiency in English
